Ingredients
  • 100g crayfish tails (cooked and ready to eat)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 green chilli
  • 1/4 pack fresh coriander
  • salt and pepper to taste

This dish is very quick to put together as it uses cooked and ready to eat crayfish tails- hence these just need to be reheated briefly. The crayfish tails can be swapped for prawns or other seafood as per your preference, just be sure to adjust the cooking time accordingly.

We served these with tacos although these can also be served with tortillas. Goes well with our Red cabbage Slaw recipe!

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

First, peel and finely dice the onion, garlic clove, coriander and chilli. Set aside.

Step 2

In a pan, heat the olive oil, and then add the onion. Cook on medium heat for around 3  minutes, until the onions soften.
