Easy

Ingredients

  • 6 Pimiento piquillos peppers
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • crackers (or toast)
  • Manchego cheese
  • 1 pack fresh chives

This recipe makes another for a few crackers per person. Instead of using Manchego cheese, you can top the crackers with roasted vegetables, anchovies- the paste is very versatile and goes well with almost anything!

If you don’t have a food processor or blender, you can make the paste using a pestle and mortar instead.

We served these with some of our other tapas dishes- check out our Spanish lamb skewer recipe or the potatoes with squid and chorizo dish.

Step by Step Instructions
