Ingredients
- 400g dark chocolate
- 24g sugar
- 2tbsp coffee liqueur
- 1tsbp cointreau
- 1 orange
We added a bit of coffee liqueur to this dessert, alongside some cointreau- feel free to skip the cointreau and instead grate more orange zest into the chocolate.
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Break the chocolate into chunks and add into a heatproof bowl, alongside the sugar. Place the bowl over a bain-marie (a pan with boiling water on medium heat), and stir whilst the choclate heats.

Step 2
Once the chocolate is molten, add the liqueur, 250ml of water and mix well.

Step 3
Grate some orange zest into the mixture, and mix everything once more.

Step 4
Pour the mixture into small glasses or bowls. Then, refrigerate for a few hours until the chocolate has set.
Step 5
Once the chocolate has set, grate some orange zest on top.
Step 6
The dessert is now ready to serve. Enjoy!
