Difficulty:

Ingredients

  • 400g dark chocolate
  • 24g sugar
  • 2tbsp coffee liqueur
  • 1tsbp cointreau
  • 1 orange

We added a bit of coffee liqueur to this dessert, alongside some cointreau- feel free to skip the cointreau and instead grate more orange zest into the chocolate.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Break the chocolate into chunks and add into a heatproof bowl, alongside the sugar. Place the bowl over a bain-marie (a pan with boiling water on medium heat), and stir whilst the choclate heats.
